Books	21 days	NOTE: There are NO overdue fines on  Holidays or Sundays.

How many items may I borrow?
Total borrowing limit of 50 items.

50 items may include:

Media items: (Borrowers must be 14 yrs. or older)

3   Adult and children's non-fiction books with the same first four numbers 5   New (red dot) nonfiction   5   New (red dot) fiction 10   Adult magazines (3 issues of same title)   20   Children's books 5   Children's audiobooks 5   Children's/Teen magazines (3 issues of same title)

10   Audiobooks 10   Music CDs 10   Videos (VHS) 10   Children's Videos 5   DVDs (no more than 3 may be children's titles) 3   Playaways 3   CD Roms (Software) 1   Video game (Wii or Game Cube)

 *First-time borrowers may check out up to 5 items.
 

Renewals

Books and Media items may only be renewed once. Items on reserve for another patron may not be renewed. Do not return MEDIA items to the drive-up bin at the Main Library. Otherwise there will be a charge of $1.00/title.

Renew items by phone

Call (760) 738-0249.  You will be asked to enter your library card's full barcode number and the last four digits of your phone number. 
 

Renew items online

• Go to the online Catalog (a link can be found at the top of all our web pages).
• Click the My Account tab at the top of the page.
• Enter the barcode number from your library card.
• Click Items Out link.
• Click check boxes next to every item you wish to renew.
• Click Renew button.
