26. Oak Hill Cemetery: The Escondido Land & Town Company donated
38 acres of oak tree covered land as a burial ground. It opened in November,1889. Today that first cemetery is a beautiful memorial park. During Chinese New Year, Sam Wing brought food to honor reposed ancestors, a tradition from
his native China.
