City of Escondido Parcel Lookup
Search by address to determine Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) or vice versa to determine corresponding address to an APN.

San Diego County Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk records online
Search for records by APN, names of homeowners, type of document, etc. Results will not display the actual record but rather give information about which records are relevant to your search. It is a useful first step before making a visit to the county office. Search results will only display from 1970 to present.
